The Sanctuary at Brewster is a transformative development created by Kirsten’s Touch Inc. and development partner MHT Housing. Located at the historic Brewster Wheeler Recreation Center site in Detroit, this 52-unit permanent supportive housing community is designed to provide individuals experiencing homelessness with safe housing and meaningful support services that create lasting stability.

Residents will have access to wraparound services including education, workforce training, behavioral health counseling, life-skills coaching, legal assistance, and wellness support — all designed to help individuals thrive.
